Carnival Lights Engagement Session: ~Jamie & Jerry~
The White County Agricultural Fair is one of my most favorite times of year... it's usually a bit muggy, but when night falls there is always a hint of that brisk breezy hope for Fall-an excitement that only the change of seasons brings. Children are always laughing...or better yet pouting...begging for more cotton candy, candy apples, or another turn on the merry-go-round....which is actually humorous because it's really the parents who are running around in circles. The midway is usually dotted up with teenagers linking hands and hearts - you know what I'm talking about-that made puppy love flirting their way around the midway and between the agricultural exhibits! It makes me smile and remember the older days (Gosh I'm getting old! *wink wink*)
Traditions have been made in this place for generations, such as the pageants and motorcycle races, the horse shows and tractor pulls... and it reflects the true spirit of the small town Southern soul! The love of youth, the love of the harvest, the blessings of Southern charm and hardwork and dedication...and I am honored that I had the opportunity to capture that young, captivating love, between Jamie & Jerry for their engagement portraits! This playful couple is one of the most adorable set of lovers I have ever met! They truly display the happy spirit of LOVE-and it brings joy to my heart to watch them as they prepare to become husband and wife! Words just cannot express the absolute FUN I had capturing their sweet engagement Carnival collection! Enjoy!
Love & Light Always,
Serena
